Privacy Policy — Ilias Creations

1. Who we are

Ilias Creations ("we", "us") operates iliascreations.com and the AI fan portrait generators (State of Origin, F1 Driver). For any privacy questions, contact ilias.kyrtellis@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

Account data: your email address and a hashed password (or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google).
Uploaded photos: the source photo you submit to generate a portrait.
Generated portraits: the AI output we create from your photo.
Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We only receive a confirmation that a purchase succeeded.
Basic technical data: standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) used for security and debugging.

3. How we use your photos

Your uploaded photo is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini via the Lovable AI Gateway) to generate your portrait. We do not use your photos to train any AI model. We do not sell or share your photos with anyone other than the AI provider needed to fulfil your request.

4. Data retention

Generated portraits: stored in your private gallery for 7 days, then automatically deleted.
Source uploads: not stored after generation completes.
Account & credits: kept until you ask us to delete your account.
Payment records: kept as required by Australian tax and consumer law (typically 7 years).

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing ilias.kyrtellis@gmail.com. You can also download or delete individual portraits yourself from the Gallery.

6. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your session. No third‑party advertising cookies.

7. Third parties

Stripe — payment processing.
Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
Google Gemini (via Lovable AI Gateway) — image generation.

8. Not affiliated

Ilias Creations is an independent fan project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NRL, the NSW Blues, the QLD Maroons, Formula 1, the FIA, or any F1 team. All team names and likenesses belong to their respective owners.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
