Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using any generator on Ilias Creations, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of anyone other than yourself unless you have their explicit consent.
• Generate, attempt to generate, or distribute content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, obscene, hateful, or that promotes violence or discrimination.
• Use the service to create deceptive or misleading content (e.g., deepfakes, impersonation, false endorsements).
• Circumvent credit limits, abuse promotional codes, or interfere with the site’s security or functionality.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated portraits at scale without appropriate rights clearances.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

4. Accounts & credits

• Free credit: new accounts receive 1 free credit upon signup.
• Purchased credits: credit packs are sold in AUD via Stripe. All sales are final except where required by Australian consumer law.
• No expiry: purchased credits do not expire unless otherwise stated.
• Non-transferable: credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
• Refund policy: if credits were not delivered due to a technical fault, contact us at ilias.kyrtellis@gmail.com and we will investigate.

5. Generated content

You may download and share the portraits you generate for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for how you use the output. We do not claim ownership of your likeness, but we do not grant you any intellectual property rights in third-party trademarks or likenesses depicted by the AI (team logos, colours, etc.).

6. Disclaimers

Ilias Creations is an independent fan project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NRL, the NSW Blues, the QLD Maroons, Formula 1, the FIA, any F1 team, Marvel, or Disney.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI generation is probabilistic: results vary, may be imperfect, and may not always match the selected team or character accurately. We do not guarantee that every generation will be satisfactory.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ilias Creations and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by emailing ilias.kyrtellis@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
